現發嚴正聲明：香港區施工店只有元朗 4D Auto Protection 及荃灣 4D Plus Auto Protection，因全球REVIVIfy 均不設零售(所以並不存在水貨產品)，廠方並嚴格執行只可指定施工店使用, 每件產品都有Serial No.以便認識別， 所以如於香港其他店能做到的均為假貨， 或使用其他劣質產品代替。
要認明正貨REVIVIfy, 完成後會主動提供：

*4D+ Auto Protection標籤x1

Recently, we have received numerous inquiries from customers regarding the authenticity of REVIVIfy Coating. We would like to make a formal statement: In Hong Kong, the only authorized installation shops are 4D Auto Protection in Yuen Long and 4D Plus Auto Protection in Tsuen Wan.
REVIVIfy products are not available for retail globally, which means there are no gray market products. The manufacturer strictly enforces the use of designated installation shops only, and each product has a unique serial number for identification. Therefore, any claims of REVIVIfy products being available in other shops in Hong Kong are false, and they may be using inferior substitute products. To recognize genuine REVIVIfy products, we will proactively provide the following upon completion of the installation: * 1 x Genuine REVIVIfy Coating sticker * 1 x 4D+ Auto Protection label
